We’re not here to perfect a posture or analyze the past. We’re here to help your body remember what it feels like to be at ease, present, and alive.

This isn’t a fitness class, or talk therapy — but it draws from both. Sessions are trauma-informed, intuitively guided, and paced entirely by you. Nothing is forced. Your body leads.

What to expect

Before we move, we talk. I want to know what’s alive in you that day — what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping to feel by the time we’re done. From there, we move into practices that speak directly to the body’s intelligence, drawing on over 15 years of training and study in the somatic healing arts.

People often leave feeling a quiet they didn’t know they were missing — a loosening of something held too long, a breath that finally goes all the way down, a sense of being genuinely present in their own skin.
