I’m a Yoga Teacher, Energy Healer, and Intuitive Spiritual Guide, assisting souls — young and old — with their evolution through healing and liberation.

Born into a family of entrepreneurs, I was raised a self-starter willing to do the work. Persistence and determination were hard won, along with a strong work ethic. Through it all, personal experience has been my greatest teacher.

I have a kindred connection and deeply intimate relationship with The Presence of the Holy Spirit, which I recognize as the Higher Self —an aspect of our Sovereign Divinity and birthright communion and union with God/Source/Divine/Love.

My World View

 

The intersection of spirit made matter.

My lens for life is that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. And while we may not yet be conscious of it, many of us here now, have lived multiple other lifetimes preparing for this one. We’ve chosen to be here for this point in history on purpose and for a purpose.

You might recognize yourself as one of these souls by your highly sensitive, deep feeling nature, your connection to the spirit realms and/or your innate gifts and abilities.

As such an individual, life may have felt scary, difficult and lonely. You may choose to live outside your body in order to protect yourself — or struggle to accept your humanity (physical, mental or emotional).

I believe our Highest Calling and Souls Mission is intimately connected to these challenges— and with the right guidance and loving support, we can move beyond what keeps us stuck, small, afraid and hurting, into our Sovereign Divinity (Wholeness) and Sacred Calling.

The Hands and Feet of Love

We’ve all experienced trauma in one form or another. One of the most common and most overlooked is a lack of unconditional love and compassionate nurturing — within the people who raised us, and the institutions we grew up in.

We’ve also lived, as a society, inside patriarchal culture for millennia. Our conditioning is rampant with fear programming and oppression consciousness, particularly directed at women, minorities, and marginalized groups. These experiences live deep in our bodies and nervous systems, often driving our choices unconsciously.

I feel a deep kinship with those who are suffering and have suffered for generations. My desire is to meet them with nurturing love and compassion — and to contribute, in whatever small way I can, to the return of feminine wisdom and wholeness in our world.

Live in freedom and victory over fear.

We can boil collective energies down to two drivers: Fear and Love. Fear - or shadow work- houses the dark, oppressive, manipulative, human/ ego-driven desire to control and dominate for personal gain or power. Love - or light work- is it’s Sovereign, Divine counterpart— the Highest vibration of compassion, connection and liberation.

By creating a safe place for people to face their shadows and liberate it through Love, we can move beyond it’s terrorizing grip, allowing all parts of ourselves and our experience, to co-exist in harmony. I believe, as we do this work individually, we will collectively transform the worlds darkness and usher in a New Earth Reality.

Practical Help for the emerging soul.

Many of the individuals I work with are sifting life experiences and in the midst of upheaval, great change or re-construction — beliefs, relationships, health, career etc.

They no longer identify with the institution and/or mindsets they grew up with — and it feels scary, not to mention lonely. They know they’ve been called outside the gates of what they’ve known and yet they’re wandering, wondering where to turn and who to trust. 

This is where I come in: my role is to create safe spaces to rest and receive, reminding you of our intimate and direct connection to The Divine. My services are deep, intimate and personal, with the ability to marry the spiritual with the mundane, offering guidance from first-hand, relatable experience. I provide tools and practices that meet you where they’re at and help nurture the authentic Self into being.
